step by step

Both mine and Judge's dads arrived Thursday last week. It's my dad's third visit to Taiwan, but hist first time seeing the girls, as the other two times were in 2008 and 2009, before their time.

It's great for me to see them all together. Makes me happy!

Judge also spoke with his dad a bit about the business-and-us. First concensus is that we don't go to China - it is no place for the kidlets. I am feeling really good about this actually, as though we are not in our routine here like we had in Norway, it is still starting to stabilize; getting us all moved over and figuring life out in China after all the travels and moving we've already done seemed like a big effort and switch-up that could have been done successfully if necessary, but boy am I happy it is not.

So Judge will head over to China for a week or so next month instead and learn about the business, product and process, and gather the info we need for, second consensus, us to make sure the company's web-site is made in a way that provides easily manuverable quality and useful information.

This will allow us to put together the right information to provide my two connections for potential markets as well, for which we will be the contact-point.

All that remains to be determined is whether we will stay here and set up shop for the Taiwanese market - and take on some risk with that - or if we will head back to Norway where we can earn up savings and live a more risk-less, family-time-full life for the stage we're in right now...and then have the option/opportunity to set up the Taiwanese market in a few years when everything is more stable (financially) both for us and for his dad. This will depend on estimated costs of said setting up, which hopefully we will be able to determine in the coming month.

Progress!
