[Sausages, eggs, beans, and bacon. Yum! Especially bacon - I had tons of that oily, salty goodness]
The hotel is located right down by the water, across from the Arctic Cathedral. Mom was good enough to give us the grand view, while she sat on the other side with Leona, giving Leona the view she found most interesting: All the other people there eating brunch:
Then we walked home. That's right. As you remember we are now in actual walking distance to town and to my job. How great is that! And on the way we got to partake in one of our favorite past-times: House-watching. We were thinking the exact same thing too, how perfect it would be to have a scooter. We would totally drive all around Tromsø island and find (and take pictures of) all the cute, cool and worth-seeing houses.
Instead it will be on our own two feet just in the neighborhoods around here. And with a little Leona baby who is totally content in her carrier (thanks again Season!) - unlike her stroller - it's can be a whole family enjoyable affair.

[She's even able to conk out with the jolty ride she gets]
Oh, and the reason we took my mom out for brunch is because we wanted to show in a tiny way the enormous appreciation we feel for all the help she has given us and continues to give us. Thanks mom!!
